Apple's brand new iPad is now in the Indian market. With a price tag of Rs 30,500 –Rs50, 900 the tablet comes with iOS 5.0 software update. The New Apple iPad has the same screen-size as the iPad 2 - 9.7-inch but with high-quality Retina display that supports 2048x1536 pixel resolutions natively and has 326 pixels per inch density.
The retina display is the best possible screen in the market and is way better than the laptops. The new iPad is thicker at 9.4mm and slightly heavier weighing 1.4 pounds. It houses a dual-core Apple A5X processor that will compete with the 4-Plus-1 Core architecture made NVIDIA Tegra 3 mobile.
The new 16 GB WiFi model is capable of pulling off all modern day games offering users a never before user experience. It is at par with the graphics created for gaming consoles. There is a 5MP camera that integrates hybrid IR filter along with 5 element lens. There is a front facing VGA camera that performs FaceTime Video chat function.
There are a host of other features like WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope sensor. The battery is bigger hence it offers 10h of normal usage.
