Samsung to Launch Corby S3650 with CDMA & Wi-Fi

Samsung is set to launch different versions of the much popular Samsung Corby. Samsung Corby was officially announced only in the GSM flavor. The Samsung Corby S3650 CDMA version would be released; keeping in mind that Reliance and Tata are major players that employ the CDMA networks. The specifications are kept up one notch and latest reports also state that there is a Wi-Fi enabled Corby which is likely to do very well as the mode of connectivity is becoming a big deal in India.

Samsung is planning on releasing Corby S3650 meant especially for CDMA users. The pricing has not been officially announced but the CDMA version will remain unchanged and the Wi-Fi edition would increase the price up to the Rs. 10,000 /- to Rs. 11,000 /- The prices have only been speculated and there is a possibility that the phone could end up being much cheaper.

The all new Samsung Corby S3650 would be India's first CDMA touchscreen phone to provide access to social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The mobile phone also incorporates a 2.8 inch QVGA display, TouchWiz UI, HTML browser, MP3 player, Stereo FM radio with RDS, Bluetooth 2.1, 2MP camera and MicroSD card support.
